ACCORDING TO WIKIPEDIA -  from 1994-2019 one million South Africans immgrated to the Big Five immigration destinations UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand & United States of America. Immigrants wrote they left for these reasons:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Despite their grievances, 38% of South Africa's emigres returned for these reasons: 1) unemployment 2) high cost of home ownership & taxes 3) difficulty raising mortgage finance and a miserable family used to higher standard of living. Having said that, many who returned to SA, are leaving (again) SA in droves. Said Naomi XXXX of Naomi XXX SA Visas, "We've seen an exodus of 10,000 South Africans immigrate per month. The Concerns of expropriation without compensation, the high crime rate and unemployment are driving whites from South Africa."

The major influencing factor is since SA Parliament passed legislation by a vote of 243:14 during February 2018 to seize white-owned land and businesses without compensation, is the incessant threats that indicate seizure is imminent. Given that 52/54 failed states in Africa, including Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Namibia have also seized white assets, and the economic failure that caused Forex shortgages and failed economies, SA white fears need no futher explanation. SA has the added problem - the Party is threatened to prohibit their departure a la Russian from 1018-1985 and China until today. From 2016-2019, the moderate Botswana government expelled over 20,000 whites, amid racist demands of black community leaders to posses white assets. Whites who'd lived and paid taxes for for thirty years were forced to leave Botswana. The exodus reduced the value of their assets and most leaving people sold under value. Although Mozambique and Zimbabwe's farming communities collapsed after causing their Whexit, they too have not restored or compensated whites for their damages.

We asked returning residents, if their job and living conditions were right, would they have returned to SA? The answer was, "No, we would stay abroad." The consensus is SA residents want safety, a job paying US$ 50,000 pa, affordable living and a social life abroad. 

I asked Nick who was the developer of the ever-popular Waldorf Sandton that he says was purpose-built for expat relocation into SA, what how to deliver these requirements, he replied, "Find a job market capable of employing five hundred people at a time, then build and estate with 150-180 m2 homes in a village with rugby, driving range, a church, creche and work-from-the-estate  facilities. When you give South Africans these facilities and a job opportunity they will come. Give them opportunity to grow: they will thrive in USA's southern states where the weather is similar to SA and the people are nationalists. Aim at a 120-180 m2 home that costs $ 700 - $ 1,200 per month. The key to all this without capital is you find a way to get them asylum and I will arrange them credit finance before they leave SA to buy homes and motor vehicles. Your client could be stuck in a motel paying US$ 1,720  for a motel room and US$ 1,360 for a vehcile: that cost will cripple 99% of young South Africans. Deal with credit ratings first and the rest will fall into place. Businesstech wrote on the 28th August 2018, "100,000 Alpha South African Businessmen shall leave by 2021, taking probably 500,000 South African jobs with them." Nick says 90% of respondents to his adverts have US$ 10-50,000 available and so he's responded to the demand by planning for five hundred properties per year until his retirement  in 2024.
